New Modern Cottage House Plan offered by Simply Elegant Home Designs
Simply Elegant Home Designs has just come out with a new Modern Cottage House Plan design called the “Scandia Modern Cottage”. This house plan was inspired by a trip to a famous Scandinavian furniture and accessories (IKEA) store. During that visit the designer (Ron Brenner) was struck by the efficient and compact yet spacious feeling they created within their furniture groupings. They really know how to fully utilize a space. So he decided to set out to create a house plan that exhibits these same qualities? A floor plan that is small and large at the same time. The result was Scandia Modern Cottage House Plan. A very smart layout provides for generous living spaces plus two bedrooms within it’s modest 1178 square feet. This is one small yet simple and unique house plan.
